RDMO, the latest addition to our Locate Performance Management suite of solutions, empowers One-Call, utility locating, and SUE services with real-time locator data. One of the features of RDMO is Locate Scoring. Every time a field technician completes a locate task, RDMO assigns a score, based on preconfigured ‘scoring rules’ specified by the company. This information can help drive down damage-to-locate ratios by identifying training opportunities and improving performance & productivity. For example, from this RDMO screenshot, we can infer the operator Benjamin has scored 'RED' locates consistently. Detailed information of why the locates were red would be automatically sent to Benjamin, giving him an opportunity to identify issues and correct them.
