We are thrilled to announce that we have been recognised as one of the top employers in the UK by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, powered by WorkL For Business, in the small organisation category (10 – 49 employees). This nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates Britain's top employers - which number over 500 organisations across industries and sizes - and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing. The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace. To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must score well across WorkL’s six-step framework: 1. Reward and Recognition 2. Instilling Pride 3. Information Sharing 4. Empowerment 5. Wellbeing 6. Job Satisfaction We achieved a rating of ‘Excellent’ for all six, scoring 93% for empowerment, 91% for job satisfaction, 90% for wellbeing, 89% for both reward & recognition and instilling pride, and 88% for information sharing with an overall engagement score of 90%. This is a huge achievement and we couldn’t be more proud of our people and everything they do each day to achieve excellence and go above and beyond what is expected of them. Congratulations team!

Here’s Charlotte reading one of our client’s monthly reports. Notice the smile on her face? Nothing makes her happier than seeing the tangible results we produce. With all the evidence and annotations to back it up, we take our reports seriously and will never skew the data to make ourselves look better. We are all about transparency and tangibility.

As a full-service agency, we all have our own individual skills. That being said, we rarely work on a project alone. It’s this teamwork that makes PMW an enjoyable place to work, where you never feel like you’re on your own.

Charles is the latest addition to our Google Ads team and the first to receive our upgraded welcome boxes. On his first day, he had a welcome pack filled with his favourite drinks and snacks, a PMW water bottle, mug, pen, and notebook. No one was jealous. Not at all.

📣 Stop comparing social ads to Google ads 📣 Both are great advertising options, but they work differently and achieve different goals along the customer journey. Let's break it down without the confusing tech talk. Google Ads love when people are actively searching for something. They're like the friendly shop assistant who offers exactly what you need right when you need it. Social media ads, on the other hand, are more about catching your eye whilst you scroll. They're like the billboard you pass on your way to work, grabbing your attention with a cool graphic or catchy message. Where social media ads are great for getting your brand out there and engaging with people that may have never heard of you before, Google Ads are better at turning that interest into action as they target people who are already looking to be converted. So, instead of trying to pick a winner, let's start leveraging each platform's strengths to create a killer marketing strategy.

While both play pivotal roles in client satisfaction and project success, each requires distinct skills and has unique responsibilities. We call our Account Management team the conductors of our marketing orchestra. They act as the liaison between our clients and our various departments, and ultimately ensure client satisfaction. On the other hand, Project Management guides a project through its lifecycle. They monitor progress, act as quality controllers and brand guardians, and, most crucially, maintain stringent deadlines, ensuring everything meets the client’s expectations. So how do they work together? Maintaining a harmonious relationship between Account Management and Project Management is crucial. When we appreciate what each role brings to the table, we can create a balanced approach that delights clients and leads to successful projects.
