We have 350+ talented employees serving over 4000 software sellers in 245 territories globally. Backed by investors including FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North, Paddle aims to define the next wave of B2B SaaS leaders.

We do it for you. A message we’ve been using at Paddle to talk about how as a Merchant of Record we handle your payments, taxes, subscription management, and more. And “do it for you” doesn’t mean we give you the tools to do it. We do it. → Handle the currency conversion. → Fight the chargeback. → Pay the taxes. Over to Philip Watson for this one. He takes a closer look at how we handle your taxes ⤵️

Here's how we rebuilt Paddle for developers. We’ve always aimed to be the most intuitive, powerful, and flexible billing platform on the market. After a decade of growth, it was time to reimagine and rebuild our core product. Enter Paddle Billing. Our focus? Delivering a world-class experience to those who will be working with our platform. → We prioritized API-first development, enhancing our API design, developer tooling, and comprehensive documentation to make our billing platform easier than ever to use. Over to you, Kieran Mountford. → https://bit.ly/3SHnI5h

Pics or it didn't happen, so here are some snaps from last week's workshop we hosted with Rise (London Tech Ladies) at Paddle's London HQ! We had a lively discussion about navigating career growth and challenging bias with Anna-Marie Slot, JD. Here are my key takeaways: 💡 Career growth tips: - Control your narrative: People are time poor and have little time to dissect information, but you can control what information you give and what people hear. Get straight to the point when talking about yourself, especially in self-assessments and performance reviews. - Communicate in all directions: Know what you want to achieve and push your message out in all directions. You're almost never in the room when decisions about your career are made, so make sure others can champion you. - Self-appraisal skills: No one teaches you how to write a self-appraisal, but it's an important skill. Learn how to articulate your contributions and growth, then master it. - Embrace discomfort: Growth happens outside your comfort zone. Take on new challenges but remember to communicate your expectations clearly. 🌶 Addressing bias: - It's never easy to address bias when it happens. Find a way to deliver your message so that people hear you out, not get defensive. Humour is often a good and gentle way to do this. 👶 Parental leave: - We need to encourage all parents to take time off, whether that's for a newborn baby or everyday childcare. Normalising this practice can help eliminate gender-based penalties in the workplace. 📣 Champion each other: - Amplify the voices of other women in every meeting and professional setting. 🙌 Champion yourself: - Learn to take a compliment. We live in 2024 and no longer need to minimise ourselves so just say thanks. Meeting so many inspiring women and hearing about their journeys was amazing. Best of luck and don't forget your SPF 50, ladies! 😉 ✌ #CareerGrowth #WomenInTech #WorkLifeBalance
