About us
PA Housing is an award winning provider of affordable, quality homes, but our business is about more than property – it’s about people. We aim to put our residents at the centre of everything we do and offer first class services to all. Our business is built around decades of experience in the social housing sector across the Midlands, London, Home Counties and the South East. We hold a stock of more than 23,000 homes and employ 600 plus staff to provide a high standard of service to our householders. Over the next five years we plan to expand further, to increase our stock, and consolidate our offering within our current service areas. We aim to deliver value for money, while building at least 500 new homes a year, and continuing to raise our standards.

In Social Housing we all have a responsibility to recognise the benefits of digital inclusion and ensure that our residents have access, knowledge, and confidence to engage with our digital services. PA Housing are proud to lead the way on digital engagement in the social housing sector with our self-service portal My PA, empowering our residents to manage their home effortlessly, whilst also exploring how we can enrich the lives of our residents who might not find the digital world as accessible as others. It was a pleasure to be invited to represent PA at Prodo’s Housing Hive, focusing on empowering the digitally excluded, acknowledging our responsibility as social landlords to bridge the digital divide while providing insights into what PA are doing to inspire positive change.

Partner Spotlight: We spoke to our support partner PA Housing and heard from members of their Tenancy Sustainment Team about their experience working with Lightning Reach and how they have benefited from being on the portal. The Lightning Reach portal has transformed PA Housing's ability to administer support to their residents, freeing up over 50% of staff time while offering access to a broader range of support.
