They’re moving up!   Joshua Shaw has had a fantastic quarter, consistently hitting and even smashing his targets. He’s been a big part of the culture at Oscar Technology since joining us a year ago, always on hand to help out the team, he’s even started training our newer team members! Since arriving, Cal has been grinding hard, never letting the pressure of the job get to him. His positive attitude and hard work are paying off, setting him up for continued success. He has been an all-around great addition to the #Philly office and team #Salesforce under the guidance of Louis Beck! Congrats on COTM, Callum! 👀 Austin - Lauryn Curl – Since joining the business at the end of January, Lauryn has continued to show up and show out. After taking home two consecutive Rookie of the Month awards and being promoted to Consultant in just two months, Lauryn truly embodies what it takes to be successful in recruiting and sales. June was a massive month for this #RenewablesRockstar, smashing targets and making her a clear choice for Austin’s COTM! 🌎 Values - Lee Cohen – Head of People Operations, Lee Cohen, takes home the Valued Award for the month of June. With nearly 10 years at Oscar, Lee is truly an OG here, starting as a Resource Consultant and getting promoted through the ranks. He now wears many hats, with learning and development of our internal team being his bread and butter. The #Pride celebration continues... Yesterday, our US offices had a variety of fun-filled activities to round out Pride Month! Each office competed against each other in a friendly game of "Name that Tune," featuring LGBTQ+ artists. Our #Philly and #Austin offices tied for first place. 🎶 We finished the day with a Pride Movie + Happy Hour! SUPPORT STAFF OUTING!! ✨ Last Friday, our US Support Staff gathered in Austin, TX to celebrate all their hard work! The day was filled with lunch (Perry's Pork Chop Friday), a challenging escape room challenge, and a few office games! Heather Henrickson traveled from Houston, and Lisa Davis came all the way from Upstate NY. ✈🙌 It was a blast connecting in person and sharing plenty of laughs.
