Danielle StGeorge is seeking a talented HR Specialist to join our multinational pharmaceutical client in North Chicago, IL, on an 8-month initial contract with potential extensions based on performance. Earn $43/HR in a hybrid role, working 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely.
As an HR Specialist III, you will play a crucial role in the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team, collaborating with the Manager of Business Human Resources to review and refine job descriptions within the BTS Group. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Human Resources, Total Rewards, and Business units to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the job description clean-up project, focusing on non-IT business applications.
Oversee mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Collaborate with project sponsors and business units to define scope, develop plans, and ensure project success.
Provide expert guidance, tracking, reporting, and presentations to management.
Partner with Total Rewards for benchmarking, job description development, and job code management.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in recruiting and job description editing.
Proficiency in Excel, R (or other programming languages), and visualization platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
5+ years of relevant experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
