What a super two days at OPN Festival 2024! We had visitors from Italy, Berlin, New York and South Africa 🤯 Our tickets sold out! Speaker Announcement... Welcoming Christie Morgan of PITCH STUDIOS™ to our lineup! Christie is a Creative Director, Digital Artist and the founder of PITCH STUDIOS™️ — a creative consultancy and design studio based between London + Amsterdam. Her practice spans visual communications and creative strategy examining creative technologies; working with mediums such as extended realities, AI, CGI + 3D animation and web + gaming platforms. Through both personal and commercial work, Christie brings her deep interests in these mediums to inform cross-platform, creative projects. Christie also lectures across educational spaces for colleges like London College of Fashion, Central Saint Martins, Ravensbourne University, LABASAD and is currently a co-organiser of Softer Digital Futures in London. A research-led 3D design and moving image practice, XK studio uses procedural and sculptural techniques to explore visual narratives in motion. Taking cues from the physicalities of both the natural and synthetic world, they create work that is hyper-real and hallucinatory, exploring how current technologies can facilitate storytelling in a digital realm.
