Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Guernsey advised Cornèr Banca SA on successfully establishing a branch in the island after obtaining one of the first new licences under Guernsey's new banking supervision law. Congratulations to Joyce Samuel Primary School's Class of 2024! Last week, colleagues from our BVI team had the honour of attending the school's graduation ceremony to celebrate their pupils' incredible achievements. We also presented the three highest achieving students with brand-new laptops and printers donated by Ogier to support their continued learning. Building and nurturing meaningful community partnerships is important to us. Since 2010, Ogier has supported Joyce Samuel Primary School, contributing to literary and maths programmes, providing essential tech like laptops and audio-visual equipment, and, after Hurricane Irma in 2017, replacing equipment and being a part-funder for the school's new roof.
