This is my first of a 4 part series on strategies for delivering software under extreme uncertainty This is the first part, which talks about estimation When all parts have been posted I will also post links to various resources where you can learn more about where these ideas come from I cannot express how much thinking like this changed my career, I really hope it can help others like it has me. As always if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask One final note, this is targeted at software, but many of these tips are not software specific. It can be applied to most problems.
