The Netball Super League (NSL) is now recruiting to appoint Independent Directors to the NSL Board. Following a groundbreaking 2024 NSL season which saw a sell-out Season Opener, a record-breaking number of tickets sold for an NSL Grand Final, and increases in viewing figures and crowd attendance, the NSL is ready to step into a new era of transformational change. In 2025 the League will relaunch, marking a significant milestone in England Netball’s ambition to build the most competitive, commercially vibrant and captivating professional netball league in the world. Ahead of the launch of the new League, we are now beginning a recruitment process to establish the first Board of the Netball Super League Ltd, a newly established subsidiary of England Netball. Joining the Independent Chair of the Board Tracy Clarke and the NSL Managing Director Claire Nelson will be representatives from the Clubs participating in the League, from England Netball as our National Governing Body, and Independent Directors appointed for specific skills and experience. For more information, including how to apply, contact Nigel Brewster at: nbrewster@mcbride-sport.com or Neil Edwards at: nedwards@mcbide-sport.com

Paddle UK is the new identity for the National Governing Body for paddlesport, introduced as recently as March 2024, building upon a century of representation for the paddling community. Paddle UK has seen a transformation of the organisation as it has sought to serve better its diverse community, to select competitive athletes across their wide range of disciplines, maintain their Olympic profile and campaign on those issues that their members are passionate about. Following a successful eight-year term as by Professor John Coyne CBE, as Chair of Paddle UK, they now look to identify an individual capable of leading the organisation through the next exciting phase of its history. As well as being the GB authority for competitive teams competing under the GB banner, Paddle UK are the delivery body for services in England. Therefore, beyond the traditional tasks associated with a sporting national governing body they are a membership organisation for England that must serve its members, the focus of almost 1,000 clubs and centres associated or affiliated with Paddle UK and the representative voice for a paddling community that extends far beyond its members. It is a body with multiple and significant stakeholders, not least valued funding bodies in UK Sport and Sport England. This role represents a wonderful opportunity for a new Chair to work with an engaged community, a high-quality leadership team, a growing membership, and an excellent board of directors to optimise its impact under its new Paddle UK identity. For a copy of the Candidate Information Pack please contact Nigel Brewster at: nbrewster@mcbride-sport.com or Neil Edwards at: nedwards@mcbride-sport.com “It has been my privilege to lead British Canoeing, now Paddle UK, as its Chair since 2016: eight fascinating, engaging and enjoyable years. During that time, we have seen a transformation of the organisation as it has sought to serve better its diverse community, to select competitive athletes across our wide range of disciplines, maintain our Olympic profile and campaign on those issues that our members are passionate about.”  Professor John Coyne CBE, Chair of Paddle UK
