We had a fabulous day at the JLL Property Triathlon 2024 at Dorney Lake, Windsor, on Friday. With an incredible turnout of 26 participants from McBains, we proudly fielded 8 triathlon teams, 2 individual triathletes, and 1 duathlon participant. The Louisa Martindale Building (LMB) is the first and largest stage of the Brighton Trauma, Teaching and Tertiary Care (3Ts) redevelopment that will replace all buildings on the front half of the Royal Sussex County Hospital site in Brighton. The new, 62,375m2 building provides facilities for 28 clinical wards and departments, plus new diagnostic and theatre capacity, across 11 floors. With many of the decanted wards and departments coming from an adjacent 19th century building, the Louisa Martindale Building will deliver a vastly improved hospital experience for hundreds of thousands of patients and visitors every year.
