    The S'more Vacuum Impregnation Unit (SVIU-1008) represents the pinnacle of confectionary robotics. 1.0 Mallow Thermodynamic Control Unit (MTCU): At the heart of the SVIU-1008 lies the Mallow Thermodynamic Control Unit, a sophisticated module featuring a rotational toasting vessel with integrated infrared sensors. The MTCU dynamically adjusts rotational speed and proximity to the heat source based on real-time thermal feedback, ensuring a perfectly golden-brown exterior with a molten core. The MTCU boasts an impressive accuracy of ±0.01°C, effectively eliminating the risk of marshmallow incineration. 1.2 Chocolate Impregnation and Thermal Modulation Apparatus (CITMA): The CITMA module draws a vacuum in each of the six dipping vessels, removing air from within the pores of the marshmallow. The pot is raised to submerge the marshmallow and impregnate with the liquid chocolate solution. The vessel’s thermoelectric elements modulate temperature based on marshmallow thermal output, ensuring seamless chocolate-marshmallow fusion while preserving the integrity of the confection. The CITMA also includes a proprietary anti-stick coating, facilitating smooth release of the s'more assembly. 1.3 Graham Cracker Subsystem: The Graham Cracker Subsystem (GCS) utilises a high-precision XY servo grid to achieve sub-millimetre alignment of graham crackers. A dual-clamp system ensures uniform compression during the stacking process, minimising the common issue of graham cracker fracturing. To account for manufacturing variances, the subsystem features adaptive alignment protocols, providing automatic adjustments for cracker thickness discrepancies.   The SVIU-1008 offers unparalleled consistency, efficiency, and s'more quality. Its application provides a scalable solution for both gourmet kitchens and large-scale s'more distribution networks.     Working with AkzoNobel to refine their paints R&D processes 😎 "Over the past two years Labman have helped us so much. Labman is very professional, not only in the design and build of robot, but after building. If the robot has issues, the support team can help us within 24 hours." Tony Huang, R&D Project Leader II - Automation, AkzoNobel Shanghai Technology Center is AkzoNobel's largest R&D base outside of Europe, and the third to build a high-throughput experimentation system from Labman. 🌟 These systems greatly improve AkzoNobel's research and development efficiency in the field of decorative paints, and allow for a reduction of waste water by 50%.     The Mobile Robot system was developed in collaboration with CPI for well-plate-based lab operations. 🤩 A key deliverable for CPI within the project is screening of libraries of lipids for encapsulation of RNA, for which automation is essential.     The Pre-Analysis Module is the first module from Labman in the innovative AstraZeneca iLab series! 🌟 The system is designed to check for the presence of desired compounds within samples. 🔬 The Pre-Analysis module features automated loading of sample racks, a vial imaging station to confirm no solids are present in the sample and liquid level detection to aspirate from the top of vials to analytical plates. The module integrates an Agilent Technologies PlateLoc to seal the plates, before loading these directly to the Agilent Technologies 1290 Infinity II Multisampler for LC-MS analysis.     Sustainable pond aeration for Seamer! 🌊 After the recent install of a traditional mains-powered aeration system in Labman's own pond, which significantly improved water quality, Seamer Parish Council reached out for help with their village pond. Their challenge was to find a sustainable solution to help improve the water quality without easy access to power. Rising to the challenge, Labman developed and recently installed an aerator system which uses solar energy to constantly top up the battery. ☀️ The system is set to enhance the pond's health and help bring new life to the surrounding ecosystem. It's been a rewarding effort to support our local community and environment. 🌿 #labman #pondaeration #community #sustainability
