Earlier this year, Transport for London announced a range of measures to address climate and biodiversity, as part of their green infrastructure plan. One such measure is the inclusion of 5,000 square metres of Sustainable Drainage Systems (#SuDS), to be installed across its road network each year. 🛣️ Invited to comment on the measures, our Technical Director, George Woollard, said: “Defaulting to SuDS as the favoured drainage solution is a welcome addition to the TfL plan." ❓Got a question about the installation or application of SuDS? In 2023 we focused on training colleagues and increasing expertise on sustainability and carbon. As a result, 93% of colleagues across the Group have completed the ESG module on our online learning platform, and nearly 800 apprentices have completed an ESG training module as part of their programme. Did you know that 1 in 8 men develop prostate cancer within the course of their lives? 🩺 That’s why, at Keyline, we do what we can to spread awareness about Prostate Cancer UK. ⚽ The annual Ferndown Cup is an opportunity to get together with our colleagues from Travis Perkins, to support the work of Prostate Cancer UK. And guess what? We raised well over £1,000 for this noble cause, with more coming in. 🙌 Adam Clark, Branch Manager, reports: "Both teams played well with Travis Perkins going ahead, then Keyline equalising. The half time score was all even at 3-3. In the second half, Keyline managed to keep a clean sheet, and went on and scored an additional 3 goals. Final score was 6-3 to Keyline. TP also raised funds for Macmillan so all in all it was a great day with loads of money raised and lots of football fun... and Keyline finally brought home the cup. ⚽🏆🙌 " Want to play your part?
