I have not one but TWO brilliant podcast episodes to share (because I've been a bit rubbish with LinkedIn recently). Recent episodes of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 podcast have been illuminating. First, we got to chat with Dr Naeema Pasha, who was one of the brilliant keynote speakers at June's Institute of Internal Communication festival. We talked about #AI and its ethical considerations. There was a lot to unpack, not least because it's such new (and as yet unregulated) territory. Then we got to chat with David Wales MSc - who set up SharedAim Ltd to help organisations become better equipped to deal with the messy business of human behaviour. David shared stories from the fire service and reflections on how people behave when confronted with adverse situations. There are rich pickings in both conversations. Check both out: Apple: https://lnkd.in/dN_DVE76 Spotify: https://lnkd.in/dmidwxzA I hope you enjoy listening as much as I've enjoyed making them. I've been producing this #podcast series for almost 3 years now and I can't tell you how much each and every guest and conversation moves my thinking about the #futureofwork forward. We are rapidly approaching 27,000 downloads and have been listened to by people from every continent. Thank you Institute of Internal Communication for commissioning the series. And thank you Jennifer Sproul and Dominic Walters for making it all so easy. #futureofinternalcommunication #continuouslearning #internalcommunication Working the Future
