As a Post Transaction Specialist your role will include : 🦋 Working on a variety of projects to assist schemes as they navigate the move from completing a buy-in transaction to buy-out and ultimate wind-up. 🦋 Advising across the full range of risk settlement options 🦋 Journey planning and de-risking strategy, including member data, scheme benefits, investment strategy, liability management. 🦋 Actively project managing the process to ensure progression in a timely fashion 🦋 Finding pragmatic solutions to any issues that arise 🦋 Managing a range of internal and external stakeholders, including trustees and their advisors, administrators, and bulk annuity insurers 🦋 Helping to develop internal processes and documents and, if desired supporting the new business process.
