We've had a very special visit at #iFLYLondon: renowned scientist Claudia de Rham, whose life's work has been to unravel the mysteries of the universe's most enigmatic force 🚀📚 The gravity expert tried flying with us in our wind tunnel to experience the closest thing to free falling without leaving Earth. And she did it fenomenally well! 👏 Here, surrounded by gusts of wind and the thrill of flight, she shared insights into her groundbreaking research on gravity – a force that touches every cell of our bodies yet remains shrouded in mystery. Back in early March, I had the pleasure to share with my partner, colleague and ex-military paratrooper Rui Lopes, an exhilarating experience of stepping into a wind tunnel, simulating a skydive, brilliantly provided by iFLY UK Indoor Skydiving. Believe me, it was a leap into the unknown, far beyond my comfort zone. Yet, in the middle of the rush of wind and adrenaline, trying to adapt my mind and body to the flow, I found again that familiar lesson felt before: 👉Sometimes, the experiences that initially intimidate us the most turn out to be the ones we cherish and grow from the most❗ ✨This adventure was a refresher of the importance of embracing new challenges fearlessly, both in life and in our professional journeys. 🪽Just as I was flying in the simulated skies, I immediately connected it to the true fact that in our careers, we must aim high, seeking opportunities that stretch us beyond what we know, propelling us to new heights of growth and achievement. ✳️Highly recommended: 🚀Do explore outside of your comfort zones. 🚀 Do embrace the unknown with open arms. 🚀Do aim high in your professional endeavors.
