👑 Work / Life Balance 👑 One of the most important areas I like to ensure my candidates obtain when looking for a new role is Work/Life balance. In my experience, if you are not able to feel you have enough family / you time, the role you are in becomes less and less appealing. Therefore, ensuring the right balance is key to ensuring you join the right company. This weekend I had the chance to visit the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace. It was an incredible experience, the history and the decadence was awe inspiring - also as an art lover, seeing Rembrandt & Rubens paintings topped the whole experience off for me. I am fortunate that I love what I do and days like this are even more enjoyable, knowing that I have great experiences combined with a role I want to go back to on a Monday. #lovewhatyoudo #worklifebalance
