How do we support our staff to become professionally accredited, apply their learning in their role and take ownership of their skills development? Our Skills and Specialisms programme was introduced to enable these goals. Since its introduction, we have seen an increased emphasis on professionalisation, with 85% of our roles aligned into one of our nine specialisms. And now the Programme has been shortlisted in two categories in the CIPD People Management Awards 2024! 🏢 Best Organisational Development initiative ✍ Best Learning and Development initiative We are incredibly proud of our HR team for the success of the programme, which sets us up for future success, making sure that, through organisational and personalised learning and professional development, we can deliver for our clients. A central pillar of the programme is our Skills Builder tool – a ‘quick and easy’ digital platform providing a personalised core skills data dashboard to inform each employee’s learning choices.
