What an incredible weekend celebrating our brilliant GCS High Achievers in Nashville. I am extremely proud of what you have all achieved and the journey continues as we go bigger and better this year. Well done everyone, I look forward to the next trip! All these successes were achieved in what was perceived as a turbulent market. We didn’t just survive in a turbulent market, we thrived and doubled various financials. I am a big believer that what we are doing is different (regardless how many people claim that). Here’s a snapshot: - Know our markets better than our competition being experts in Video, WiFi, and Mobile technologies, nothing else but this, no distractions - Built training courses to upskill our candidates before deployment where necessary and sometimes whole teams. FTE conversion rates and tenure substantially above industry standards - Developed accreditations to set the industry gold standard which can now be quantified with objective data - Support beyond transactional placements working on 12 months + workforce augmentation strategies e.g. onshore resource V low-cost regions - Deploy academies globally with the biggest brands across telco and broadcast I’ll keep our other trade secrets to ourselves, especially some of the big projects we will be announcing later on this year (RDK SUMMIT 17th Sept - come join us) Seeing as we’ve had nearly 150 experienced recruiters reach out to us, I would be grateful if anyone in my network might know someone who ‘gets’ this industry and be up for having a chat.
