Winners! 🏆 Out of 160+ candidates, my team and I were honored to receive the first prize at the FT Talent (hub of innovation by Financial Times ) x Olympus Italy hackathon in Milan, focusing on the future of #MedTech. The challenge involved crafting a communication campaign to raise awareness about colorectal cancer among individuals aged 50 and above. We aimed to create an engaging and measurable campaign that could also be modular to stay within a variable budget. Following the strong core values of Olympus Corporation we included elements of #CSR, involving relevant and sensible public stakeholders in a process of content co-creation for the campaign. Yesterday was a day to remember!🥇 Selected among 160+ outstanding candidates I was awarded the FIRST PRIZE at the FT Talent x Olympus Italy Business Game at the beautiful Talent Garden in Milan. It was an intense competition, and I'm immensely proud of my team, composed of Marco M., Marco La Raja, Luca Alessandro Cappellini, Giuseppe Parlapiano and Enrico Candelaresi for their dedication and hard work. Together, with different backgrounds and experiences we conquered the challenge! 🏆🚀 I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to FT Talent and Olympus Italy for making this remarkable event possible. FT Talent, with its commitment to nurturing and showcasing young talents, has provided us with an extraordinary platform for growth and development (especially during the networking chats). 💡 Olympus Italy, a company known for its innovation and commitment to excellence, played a significant role in shaping this event. I also want to thank Vittorio Martinelli Stefano Ventavoli Cinzia De Vincenzi and Francesca Del Moretto for highlighting with this challenge the importance of raising awareness about colon tumors, early detection can save lives. 💊 I'd like to take a moment to applaud all the other participants for their remarkable talent and determination. Vorrei ringraziare FT Talent per l’esperienza che ho avuto l’opportunità di vivere in prima persona nella #Talent #Challenge in ambito #MedTech. Quello che porto con me sono informazioni più approfondite nel mio ambito lavorativo e nuove conoscenze di persone che come me erano state selezionate. Eravamo circa 40 selezionati su 140! Yesterday. A day to remember 🗓️🖊️ I participated to the FT Talent x Olympus, a single-day hackathon event held in Milan. After an extensive introduction of the Olympus Corporation, each team had to develop a strategy, in just 1:30h, to encourage 50+ people to understand the importance of undergoing colon cancer prevention checkups. The medical sector is my life now! By the way, my team’s project arrived at the finals, and this made us proud of the campaign we developed. 💫 But what I truly loved about this experience is that I met some people that, with their passion and talent, are certainly going to shape the society of the future. So, what did I learn? Design, even if it is Human-Centred, is still missing some tools for understanding and developing solutions for engaging the users. Marketing and Business planning skills have been crucial in determining the quality of this intervention. ☝🏼 In any case, I would like to congratulate the winners and advice all of you to participate at least once in your lifetime to this incredible opportunity.

Mi capita spesso di pensare che non è facile #cambiare le cose, specialmente quando si parla di #giovani e #lavoro. Ogni giorno mi alzo provando a fare un passo in avanti per la nostra #comunita’. Sono orgoglioso di avere come amica Virginia, lei rappresenta su questo tema un #pilastro e lo sarà sempre di più ora che è tornata in Italia come CMO di The Adecco Group . Da quando la conosco mi ha insegnato che questa equazione esiste e bisogna #investirci tempo e risorse: TALENTI + AZIENDE = #FUTURO Ieri è’ stato un inizio di settimana meraviglioso. Grazie a tutti i ragazz* che hanno partecipato alla sfida lanciata da FT Talent e Olympus Italy Il tutto poteva essere fatto solo nella nostra casa in Talent Garden Innovation School 🚀

“Surfare sul futuro del lavoro: come preparare al meglio il proprio percorso professionale” Questo è il titolo del mio intervento all’interno del super evento “The Future of Med-Tech. Talent Challenge 2023” (an event designed for the future generation of leaders) promosso insieme a FT Talent. Bello incontrare questi brillanti giovani oggi, conoscersi reciprocamente e ascoltare le loro proposte sul MedTech e il Marketing digitale. Idee che dimostrano il valore di mettersi in discussione anche uscendo dagli schemi tradizionali. Un modo che ci fa essere concretamente, come è solito ribadire il nostro Vittorio Martinelli, “una #Startup con 100 anni di storia”. In sala giovani da tutta Italia ma anche dall’Estero. C’è tra loro chi ha dato via al suo primo progetto imprenditoriale a 18 anni, chi ha fatto più Erasmus, chi ha tre cittadinanze, chi sta facendo un master, chi già lavora, chi sta cercando il suo futuro. Molti hanno evidenziato il desiderio di avere un impatto positivo sulla società. Per me, come #HR, è stata anche un’importante occasione per raccontare la nostra #EmployeeValueProposition e condividere piccoli suggerimenti per lo sviluppo e per la crescita professionale. Tra questi:  - Osservare sempre i trend nel mondo del lavoro, non farsi trovare impreparati ai cambiamenti - Curare costantemente il #PersonalBranding, la propria immagine professionale on e offline.
