When it comes to the Wellness Studio, we’ve shouted out loud about our external community, the women who have supported us through this crazy journey, and have ultimately given us a reason to do incredible things like this.  But, the reality is, the weekend would have been nothing without the Free Soul team. Your efforts from preparation to execution were outstanding. From mobilising our community of creators and your enthusiasm and ideas generation, to your forecasting and placing of orders for huge volumes of stock (including working out how to get 11 pallets delivered to HQ), and dealing with my unbelievably fussy requests for very specific types of bags and cups is appreciated more than you know. So, here's to our team – not only would it not have happened without you, it would have also been a lot less fun. Your energy brought life to every task, your kindness and warmth made our community feel so welcome, and your dedication shone through in every detail of the event. Thank you for not only making the Wellness Studio possible but for turning it into a weekend of bonding, filled with laughter, singing, dancing and unforgettable moments.  Lots of Love, Lucy x

Across International Women’s Day this year we celebrated all women at our pop-up Wellness Studio in Soho, with a line-up designed to provide an empowering experience for everyone. Our celebrations wouldn't be complete without supporting a charity . The Eve Appeal was a unanimous decision, and a cause with a meaning so close to the Free Soul team’s heart. Here’s our story… Last year served as a stark reminder of why health is so important as our longest standing team member, and Head of Customer Service, Rohini Sofat, was diagnosed with cancer of the womb. She fought it head on with a support system of her friends, family and Free Soul family, and we couldn't be more proud. Now she's back to the gym and solving all of your customer enquiries as usual, but we know not everyone is this fortunate. Our full line-up of Wellness Workshops raised all important donations for The Eve Appeal, who work tirelessly to provide seed funding, core infrastructure funding and project funding in addition to campaigning to raise awareness into the five gynaecological cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal. We’re proud to announce that all of the proceeds from our Wellness Workshops raised £4292, and we’ll be adding to this cause with our own donation, to allow The Eve Appeal to continue to work tirelessly to provide seed funding, core infrastructure funding and project funding in addition to campaigning to raise awareness into the five gynaecological cancers - womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal.  We couldn't be more honoured to support The Eve Appeal, and celebrate International Women's Day with the very community who make these kinds of events possible. Every woman who has supported us, recommended us, shopped with us, told a friend about us, or even worked with us along the way so far, has had a part to play in helping us achieve our mission - allowing us to create experiences like this. We’re so incredibly grateful for you. Thank you. 

2 weeks ago today, we held our first IRL pop-up event for our community across International Women’s Day weekend. Three days of back to back workshops with the biggest names in wellness, plus an all-day, pop-up experience where visitors could shop exclusive limited edition merch and all of your Free Soul favourites. Not to mention our infamous green juice which was served up all day long! Within 3 minutes of launching the Free Soul Wellness Studio we sold 500 tickets, 2500 in under 12 hours and went on to not only sell-out Saturday’s capacity, but reach a total of 5000 tickets across both days. To see support from not only those securing their tickets, but so many of you sharing and recommending us means we’ve built trust as a brand and created something truly special. We knew we had a strong community and some amazing supporters, but we never anticipated welcoming quite so many of you and will forever be grateful for the love each and every one of you have shown us. None of this would be possible without pure dedication, hard work and passion from the best team going. Community is at the heart of everything we do. We champion women every single day with our continuously growing line of nutritional blends that tackle and serve many of the most common issues women face when it comes to their wellbeing. More than just products, our aim is to create a home for female wellness, helping women across the globe level up their wellbeing, in whichever way matters to them. From a sold-out run club with Anna Archer, our infamous Hot Girl Walks, panel talks with leading Females in Fitness and a manifestation workshop with the Queen of Manifesting, Roxie Nafousi, here are just a few of the many highlights from the weekend. ✨ New Starter Update ✨ We are very excited to welcome our new Operations Coordinator, Charlie Walker to the Free Soul Team! Charlie is a great new asset to the Ops team and will be supporting with Supply Chain Operations, including Logistics, Multichannel Stock Management and Quality Assurance.    Although only starting 'officially' this week, Charlie has already made some significant contributions to the Free Soul team, such as, confidently performing his rendition of Dizzee Rascal's 'Dance wiv me' at the Free Soul Christmas Party.
