We have a new Alpha 4 release of the AI Module in Drupal. Thanks in a large part due to a generation contribution from Frederik W., we have a huge number of helpful sub-modules including AI Translate, AI CKEditor, AI Content and AI Validations. You can now install the AI module and find it immediately helpful on your Drupal site and explore these features with all the different supported AI Providers. A tremendous amount of work from Marcus Johansson has meant that his AI Interpolator module now sites as AI Automators in the AI module in an experimental state. This is a powerful tool that allows end-user to chain prompts together and create fast and complex AI applications with no code. For Alpha5 we plan to release AI search (currently in dev) that will allow you to use AI to index your content, find it and ask questions about it. Had a brilliant evening with SurreyDevs yesterday learning about AI software engineering. We were lucky enough to have talks from Noah Santoni and James Abrahams, showing us the amazing things they've created, the real world use cases, and the best ways to interact with the likes of ChatGPT. 3 great things I learned 🧠 ❓ What on earth is an LLM? Large Language Model. Example: ChatGPT ❗️ It's crucial to be clear and concise when working with an LLM. Breaking down your prompts into smaller chunks (known as Chain of Thought Prompting) instead of giving one lengthy paragraph helps an LLM give you more accurate answers. ✅ Asking an LLM to check its workings/answers for errors or bugs, can actually remove any bugs or errors it would have originally given you! Bonus: Software development is more accessible than ever thanks to prompt engineering and AI! 🎤 An interesting talking point... Anyone using and interacting with AI tools, LLMs etc on a regular basis will become better communicators with people, possibly better than we ever have been, because you have no choice but to be super clear and concise to get the most out of them. 👏 Big thanks to Paul Zimmerman and Invdev for hosting a great evening, and it was a pleasure to meet so many people from the SurreyDevs community.
