In the fast-paced world of film, TV, and cinema, mental health often takes a back seat. And since we conducted the first Looking Glass Survey in 2019, we know you’ve had to face unprecedented challenges, from long hours to the intense pressure caused by the cost-of-living crisis and the production downturn. Help us understand these challenges better and support our work to create a healthier working environment for everyone across the industry. 🔃 Share your story, click here to begin now https://bit.ly/3Xrbpxf #WeAreFilmAndTV #BTS #ScreenIndustries #LGS24

We love to see our communities' fundraising activities! 🤩 🎥 Fantastic work, Christopher Griffiths and team Cineworld Solihull! 👏 Cineworld Cinemas Ltd #WeAreFilmAndTV #Cinema #TV #Film #UKScreenIndustries #Fundraising #Cineworld
Over this past weekend… Cineworld Solihull held another Charity Bake Sale this time to raise money for The Film and TV Charity! It was a huge success as we raised an amazing £196.61 with all families coming in to see Despicable Me 4 so we had our very own Minion on hand helping out with the Bake Sale🤩 This is the 3rd one we have hosted in the past few months as I wanted to bring these in to be a monthly thing at Solihull to both drive engagement with our customers whenever we have big releases/special showings as well of course making some really good money for Charity making the most of Solihull’s generous customers😅 We previously hosted a May The 4th Bake Sale as well as a special Harry Potter Bake Sale with all those Bake Sale proceedings going to MediCinema 😊 Of course all this would not be possible without our amazing team who all contribute in their own way🙌🏻 Long may these continue‼️ #cinema #cineworld #charity #work #film

📣 Attention all film, TV, and cinema professionals working #BTS across the UK! Your work behind the scenes is invaluable, whether you're in Liverpool, Newcastle, Northern Ireland, Manchester, Wales, Cornwall, Glasgow or anywhere else in the UK. We know you face unique challenges, and we want to hear your story. The conversation about mental health in the workplace – and the things that contribute to how we’re all feeling – has started to change. But financial stresses, a production downturn, the impact of strikes, and widespread redundancies are all adding to the pressures many people in our industry are facing. The 2024 Looking Glass Survey is your chance to share how these and other factors are impacting you and, crucially, where our support is needed the most. However, you’re feeling, please take a few moments and help us to gather the evidence to make work better for everyone. Your story matters! 💬 👉 https://bit.ly/4cueUan #MentalHealth #FilmIndustry #TVIndustry #Cinema #Survey #UKFilmTalent #LookingGlass2024

🌈It’s the start of Disability Pride Month! For our 2024 Looking Glass Survey we want people from the LGBTQ+ and Disabled communities to share their story and help us to rewrite the script in 2024. Our last survey in 2022 identified that LGBTQ+ people were more likely to consider leaving our industry due to poor #mentalhealth. We also found that Disabled and Neurodivergent people working behind-the-scenes had experienced harassment or discrimination in the workplace. This must change. Your experiences are crucial in helping us create a more supportive and inclusive industry. 📝 Share your story in Looking Glass 2024 and let your voice be heard! 🔗 https://lnkd.in/edJtXexn #WeAreFilmAndTV
