🎉 BIG WIN 🎉 Fieldway are proud to announce we have been awarded the contract to supply and fit fire door sets to over 350 properties with WDH! We are collaborating with fire door manufacturers Solidcor, who are highly certified in the making of, design and supply of fire doors to organisations across the UK. Solidcor have developed a bespoke solution to support the needs of the large property stock, and their tenants. We have 25 years of experience in providing fire safety services, delivered by our highly trained and multi-disciplined operatives, for our various contracts throughout the public sector. Our remit includes working in social housing 🏘 , education 🏫 , health care 🏥 , and local authority-owned commercial buildings 🏭 . Fieldway are certified to FIRAS standards to deliver compartmentation works, as part of our many service offerings. With over 25 years’ experience, our operatives are fully qualified and highly-trained in the various installation processes and policies. What is compartmentation? Compartmentation is the process of separating a structure or building, into multiple rooms or floors, using fire-resistant materials to prevent the spread of fire. After the devastating fire at Grenfell Tower, landlords and local councils everywhere are waking up to the importance of reducing fire spread. Effective compartmentation can give building occupiers anywhere between 30 minutes and 2 hours to escape a fire, greatly increasing their chances of survival. We are currently providing multiple customers with passive fire protection and compartmentation works, making a safe environment for hundreds in our communities. #firesafety #firestopping #fireprotection

🎉 We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a contract for the servicing, maintenance and repair of emergency lighting for 720 of L&Q's London properties, procured through CHIC Ltd (Communities & Housing Investment Consortium). 🎉 💡 The contract is off to a positive start so far, with the completion of 132 monthly/quarterly flick tests and 57 annual drain down tests within the first few weeks. 💡 We look forward to working with L&Q over the coming months and are embracing this opportunity to continue developing our relationship with them. 🙏 #emergencylighting #londonbusiness #capitalcity #partnership
