Fairfax and Favor is HIRING! 📢 We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Stamford store in Lincolnshire. Key responsibilities include: • Leading the team at a high standard, achieving company KPI’s, whilst maintaining the highest level of Customer Service • Responsible for the cashing up and reconciliation at the end of the day • Managing customer enquiries • Stock management • Organisation of perioding events/VIP days to promote the store • Developing and coaching the Retail Store Team, including motivation using both one to ones and team briefings • Creating weekly business reports at the request of the Regional Manager • Prioritising personal and overall store objectives Experience: • Customer-facing experience • Strong retail management experience – minimum 2 years • Sound experience of sales of luxury goods • Team management experience • Proven commercial success in a retail environment • Good commercial and numerical skills • Ability to deal with people from • all backgrounds confidently and with respect For the full job description and applications, please contact careers@fairfaxandfavor.com #fairfaxandfavor #hiring #storemanager

Another fantastic couple of months at Fairfax & Favor... Here’s a round up of some key moments we have had recently! 🐎 We hosted our first Racing Club event of the year and had a wonderful time meeting all the members, horses and trainers. 🥂 The Marketing team attended Royal Ascot from a Social Media and PR perspective. 👗 For the first time we had Guest Stylist Jessica Rae visit our HQ to film some exciting styling videos! 👞 Bridgerton Actor, Johnathan Bailey wearing our Bedingfeld Loafer for Radio Times Bafta Awards special issue! 🐴 Some of the Marketing Team headed to London for Polo in the Park to scout it out and promote some of our new arrivals out of office! 🌊 Our Events Team travelled down to Cornwall to attend the Royal Cornwall Show for the first time and what a success it was - we can’t wait to be back next year! We can’t wait to see what July brings, any guesses what we are up to this month… #fairfaxandfavor
