Everton will begin their pre-season fixture schedule with an away friendly against Irish side Sligo Rovers Football Club ­­– the former club of much-loved Blues captain and one of the Toffees’ greatest-ever servants, Seamus Coleman. Sean Dyche’s Men’s Senior Team will face the League of Ireland Premier Division side on Friday 19 July (4pm BST) at The Showgrounds stadium in Sligo. The clash will further strengthen the close bond between Everton and Sligo Rovers which dates back to the 1930s when Club legend Dixie Dean signed for the Irish team in 1939, two years after leaving Goodison Park. The relationship has continued to develop over the years, with Sligo chairman Tommy Higgins playing a key role in the strategic partnership between the two clubs announced in January 2021, working on initiatives ranging from fan engagement, marketing and joint football camps. https://lnkd.in/e-wNk69H

Everton Football Club would like to provide fans and stakeholders with an update regarding new investment into the Club.   Blue Heaven Holdings has received significant interest from several highly respected parties interested in investing in the Club.    The Club can confirm today [21 June] that a period of exclusivity has been granted to The Friedkin Group to progress discussions to acquire a majority shareholding in Everton.  All parties will now work together to conclude this process. In the meantime, the Club will continue to operate as normal.   When there is further news to share, it will be provided via the Club’s official communication channels.

Everton Football Club has signed a multi-year agreement that will see HPE Aruba Networking, a leading provider for enterprise network infrastructure, become an Official Supplier of Everton Stadium, providing a secure and intelligent networking infrastructure solution. The system, currently being installed at the Club’s new waterfront home, will include switches, access points, WI-FI and wired network management and security software, as well as network design, management and monitoring services. HPE Aruba Networking is a business unit of Hewlett Packard Enterprise and a leading provider of next-generation networking solutions. The deal means the global edge-to-cloud company will provide a comprehensive networking infrastructure across the footprint of the Blues’ new 52,888-capacity home. HPE Aruba Networking’s solutions will enable Everton to develop its connected stadium strategy and use state-of-the-art digital technologies to create an engaging fan experience for all visitors once the venue opens at the start of the 2025/26 season, inviting supporters to stay longer and enjoy the impressive facilities that the new stadium has to offer. https://lnkd.in/ekqYpYVa

Everton has agreed a multi-year Club-record technical partnership with Castore that will see the sportswear brand supply high-performance playing, training and travel wear from the 2024/25 season and become the first Founding Partner of the Blues’ soon-to-be home, Everton Stadium. As Official Technical Partner, Castore will kit-out Everton’s Men’s, Women’s and Academy squads with home, away and third kits from what will be the Club’s final season at Goodison Park and into their state-of-the-art 52,888-capacity waterfront arena. By joining the Club’s journey to Everton Stadium, Castore has also acquired Founding Partner status, a distinction that will give them access to enhanced commercial opportunities and media rights at Everton’s new home once it opens in summer 2025. The deal sees the Blues added to an established and growing portfolio of top sporting names partnered with Castore that includes England and Wales Cricket, McLaren F1 and Oracle Red Bull Racing, tennis legend Andy Murray and Olympic athlete Adam Peaty.

Everton and Sefton Council have agreed to work together with a view to further enhancing the transport offer from the borough ahead of the Club’s new stadium opening at Bramley-Moore Dock. The two organisations will work in unison with the ultimate goal of promoting the effective arrival and dispersal of supporters to and from Sefton.
