Work on our airspace extension project in Chelsea is coming along nicely. Working with Echlin, the two storey rooftop extension will provide five luxury apartments. Scaffolding is now complete with temporary roof in place. We're proud to share our recent project alongside Echlin, the visionary architects and interior specialists. Together, we developed a teaser brochure for '50 Oakley Square', a premium property in the vibrant area of Camden Town. Transitioning from initial concept to a comprehensive digital marketing PDF brochure, we utilised stunning CGI visuals to highlight the property's unique features. This project underscores our commitment to blending innovative design with digital excellence, showcasing luxury living at its finest.

Echlin are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for our proposals to renovate and extend a historic villa in St. John's Wood for private clients. The 8,500 square-foot property will be restored to its original grandeur, combining careful restoration with sensitive contemporary architecture. Responding to our clients' desire to live amongst an abundance of greenery, the proposals include the construction of a new basement and single storey extensions, designed around maximising natural daylight and views of the quintessentially English gardens. The completed building will create a unique family home centred on wellbeing and tranquillity. The project is due for completion in 2025.
