Ask yourself these questions: - Are we looking to transition all of our current users, or is the goal to expand the program? - Is the right content getting to the right people? Consider whether your content is segmented correctly, e.g. by language, region, departments, seniority? - What are our current content sources, and do these need to change? For example, a podcast that’s no longer running, or a new region-specific blog that hasn’t been featured yet.
