Cinven is pleased to announce that Bruno Schick, Jorge Quemada and Supraj Rajagopalan have been appointed equal Co-Managing Partners of the firm. This evolution in leadership reflects the significantly increased size of the firm’s recently raised Eighth Fund, AUM, employee numbers and international footprint. Cinven is pleased to release its 2024 Sustainability Report, outlining Cinven’s sustainability approach, strategy, and the sustainability performance of Cinven and the Cinven Funds’ portfolios. The last 18 months have seen significant progress for Cinven as we continued to evolve our approach to sustainability, having initially formalised it in 2009 when we became a signatory to the PRI. In 2023, Cinven’s ambitious Science Based Targets (SBT) were approved by the SBTi and we achieved our firm-level gender diversity targets. Having met our 2023 targets in this area, we have since set new Inclusion & Diversity targets for 2024-6. The Sustainability Report includes Cinven’s third climate report, aligned with the guidance set out by the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and Cinven Limited’s FCA TCFD entity report. These outline the recent progress made on Cinven’s climate approach, including a refreshed climate scenario analysis and inaugural disclosure of financed emissions. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Madrid, idealista provides online real estate classified portals for agents and individuals across southern Europe where they can advertise their property portfolios for sale and/or rental. idealista’s online platform also offers a range of additional digital services including mortgage brokerage, CRM software, rental and agency services, and insurance brokerage to assist and facilitate real estate transactions.
