Last week, Jason Jones took part in a panel at the Women in Advanced Therapies Global event. The session, "Bridging Communication Divides: Navigating Differing Styles for Allyship and Understanding", saw panellists explore the intricacies of different communication styles, and how understanding these differences can be the key to building effective connections in an increasingly diverse world. The panel featured fascinating insights from Lindsey Clarke, Jo Harvey, Maria Waller and Sven Kili. "Inspired by the analogy that men are from Mars and Women are from Venus, the panel provided opportunities to share and reflect on our experiences with communication dynamics, both in the workplace and beyond. The depth and breadth of conversations highlighted just how intertwined these dynamics are with each of our own lived experiences, as well as societal norms. By fully embracing these differences, and acknowledging that communication strategy is not a 'one size fits all' solution, we can build more effective connections across all aspects of our lives." - Jason Jones, Global Business Development Lead, Cellular Origins.
