Our #CBRE #Southampton office played a pivotal role in advising CooperVision on a strategic move, securing a prime location for their new technical, commercial, and business hub. The contact lens manufacturer is set to relocate to a 107,000 sq ft facility at Adanac Park in Southampton, Hampshire. "We’re delighted to have found a location and developer that has been able to meet those needs. We have appointed Jeremy Gardner as an Executive Director in its Development & Asset Renewal team, led by Zoe Bignell. Jeremy is recognised as one of the leading industry figures in headlease restructuring and advisory, providing development consultancy and transactional advice to many of the London Estates. He is also Surveyor to The Drapers’ Company. Jeremy joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was international partner and Head of London Development.
