The BSIA were in attendance at last night's House of Lords event hosted by Skills for Security, as they gave the industry an update on how they are attracting young and new talent into the security realm. We are proud to have been involved in this journey as they develop and nurture tomorrow's engineers and leaders today - and most importantly playing a substantial role in bridging the skills gap. We will continue to support and promote the work of the team and look forward to a continued growth trajectory that benefits not just the industry but the modern society that we serve.
