    Guess what we got up to yesterday with Anderselite? Yep, we had a sports day, and it was a blast! We made a little video montage of the day... (hope you enjoy the space-hopping collage 😆!) First off, let's be honest—Bridge lost miserably at rounders. Anderselite totally killed it! But not all hope was lost. Andy and Chloe found their niche in space hopping and totally won it for Team Bridge! 🏆 And the egg and spoon race?     Before you think gender equality in tech is a distant goal. Consider this 👇👇 Progress is being made, but there's still a long way to go. The timeline for achieving gender equality in tech has improved since the last survey, with fewer people believing it will never happen. Most now predict equality within 6-10 years, a significant shift from past expectations. However, the tech gender pay gap remains at 16%, higher than the national average of 11.6%. To accelerate this progress, we need proactive initiatives: ✔️ Mentorship programs, ✔️ Inclusive hiring practices, ✔️ Policies that support work-life balance. Additionally, companies in the top quartile for gender diversity are 15% more likely to have financial returns above their respective national industry medians. By fostering an environment that supports and uplifts women, we not only work towards equality but also enhance overall performance and innovation.
