We are thrilled to share that Avery UK won the Outstanding Team of the Year at the BOSS Awards 2023 in Manchester! 🏆 This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our remarkable Sales team, including Shaun Tidman, Angelina Ferreira Siqueira, Tayla Sawyer, Matthew Hopkins, David Huggins, and Hazel Woodward, as well as our cross-functional partners in ensuring we continue to deliver on our customer commitments. In addition to this, we have two colleagues who were recognised and took home the well-deserved Unsung Hero Award – congratulations, Matthew Ayling and Edyta Kutnjak! Their commitment and contributions, often behind the scenes, have not gone unnoticed, and we are immensely proud of their accomplishments. Yesterday members of the Avery team volunteered at the Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service Toy Hub 🧸 Spending the day cleaning, fixing and pricing toys to be sold at the charities future events! We are proud to report that the toys donated amounted to £1,360! The work the hospice does is truly inspiring, by providing specialist care to babies, children and young people with life limiting and life-threatening conditions. We look forward to supporting this charity in the future 🐬 #alexanderdevine #charity #berkshire

At Avery we were devastated to hear of the untimely passing of Hayley-Mae Downer. Hayley-Mae worked at Avery from July 2007 to March 2018. We spoke to some of her colleagues about their reflections on working with Hayley-Mae. These are some of the things people said:  "Was a whirlwind of energy. She lit up every room she was in." "Never missed an opportunity to make any exchange fun." “Her family were everything to her and she always talked about them as the centre of her life."  Aside from her fun side. Hayley-Mae was an extremely focused sales professional. She always looked to deliver results for both Avery but also the customer and this was evident in the great relationships she maintained.  Hayley-Mae spent 11 years of her working life with us and left an indelible mark on our organisation. We can’t imagine the pain her family must be going through but our hearts are with them at this time.

🎉 Celebrating 80 Years of D-Day with Afternoon Tea and Fun! 🎉   June 6, 2024, marks the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings along the Normandy coast during World War II.   The D-Day landings of 6 June 1944, were the largest seaborne invasion in history. We’ve got some great news to share about key leadership changes at Avery! Our very own Nicolas Jean-Jean, who has successfully led our business in Western Europe, has been promoted to Vice President & General Manager for Avery Europe. Nico will now be overseeing everything related to Avery’s business for the entire region, with a special focus on growing our Direct-to-Consumer portfolio and making strategic acquisitions. And that’s not all! Peter Sperl, who has done an outstanding job leading Avery in Central, Eastern and Northern Europe, as well as our METO worldwide business, is taking on more responsibility as he leads Avery’s flagship operations throughout Europe. It’s an exciting phase for our company, and we want to give a big congratulations to Nico and Peter as they step into their expanded roles! 👏
