This multipurpose boardroom delivered by Aura at one of our key HE partners in London stands out as one of the largest of its kind. Featuring a multi-camera system with automatic pre-set recall, the setup offers innovative ways to utilize a large conference room through various profiles with strategically placed cameras and microphones. Designed for events, panel discussions, and video conferencing, the space boasts three distinct profiles: Broadcast Mode, Teams Mode, and Presentation Mode, each with tailored camera settings. The room is equipped with four TCC2 ceiling array microphones from Sennheiser, 110" 4K UHD LCD displays from LG Electronics, and seven NC series conference tracking cameras from QSC, all integrated into a Q-Sys network. This project achieves a seamless blend of immersive technology and traditional boardroom aesthetics. Early engagement, thorough planning, and close collaboration with the client were crucial to ensuring that the installation was completed on schedule and exceeded expectations. A huge shout out to the Aura design and commissioning teams for delivering this unique project, and to the client for pushing the boundaries of technology.
