We support activities across the arts, museums and libraries – from theatre to digital art, reading to dance, music to literature, and crafts to collections. By 2030 we want England to be a country in which the creativity of each of us is valued and given the chance to flourish and where everyone of us has access to a remarkable range of high quality cultural experiences. Between 2018 and 2022, we will invest £1.45 billion of public money from government and an estimated £860 million from the National Lottery to help deliver this vision.

Today, Creative UK launches new research in partnership with the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre (PEC) and BVA BDRC, supported by the Creative Industries Council, Bloomberg Philanthropies and YouTube. What growth has funding opened up for you and your creative business? How have you used that investment? Did you struggle to access it? Where are you based in the UK? These are all things we want to understand with this research. Your lived experiences will form an evidence base to drive discussions a range of UK Government Departments as they develop and implement policy under a new UK Government.
