We’ve worked closely with Wessex Water throughout PR24 to implement our Enterprise Decision Analytics platform (EDA) and help them produce an optimal asset investment plan for their PR24 business plan submission to Ofwat. EDA has been integrated with core Wessex Water systems to ensure a sufficient feedback loop for investment planning and aligned to the Wessex Water service measure framework (SMF). We’re proud to have supported Severn Trent for over 20 years through multiple price reviews. Through this collaboration we have helped them receive over £250 million worth of outcome delivery incentives by overachieving on their performance commitments to customers.   Our Enterprise Decision Analytics platform has helped STW produce their asset investment plans for their recent PR24 business plan submission to Ofwat. For nearly 10 years we’ve worked closely with Yorkshire Water and supported them through multiple price reviews. Yorkshire Water currently utilize Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA), an Asset Investment Planning (AIP) solution that has been instrumental in helping them prepare their PR19 and PR24 business plans for submission to Ofwat.   EDA enables Yorkshire Water to quickly explore different scenarios and reach an optimal mix of solutions aligned with their predefined objectives. The versatility of the EDA Portfolio Optimization Model allowed the company to rapidly explore numerous scenarios, considering factors such as future asset risks, cutback on carbon emissions, or reduction in hydraulic sewer flooding. This ensures that their proposed investment program culminates in the most advantageous outcomes for both the customers and the environment. The standardization introduced by the service measure framework (SMF), allows them to ensure that all risks across the business are considered in a consistent manner and that each investment made represents the voice of the Yorkshire people.
