"All their sh!t comes from when they were young" A line from another coach I was talking to this morning, when she was telling me why she chooses to work with young people. She's spot on too. I can't tell you how many of my clients have brought the negative impact of a parent or caregiver from their childhood. I see it in leaders, too. So many people lead in the way they were led. Sometimes, that can be done in a good way that builds trust, empowers others, etc, and sometimes, it can be done negatively.
