In a recent wellbeing event co-hosted with TAQA Group in Abu Dhabi, over 60 people participated in mindful meditation. We discussed ways we can integrate wellbeing practices in the workplace. Our objective was to raise awareness, normalise conversations on wellbeing and to create a local community around this important topic. Ben Ward, A&O partner, shared at the event, “We are working towards sustainable and healthy high performance. Where we encourage our team to speak openly about their wellbeing and be unafraid to seek help should they need it.
