On Friday, June 14th, we hosted our Group Orientation for new team members across the ANSA McAL Group. The day was packed with engaging activities designed to immerse our new members in the company’s mission, vision, and values. They had the unique opportunity to hear from long-standing employees about their experiences and invaluable advice. Throughout the event, participants toured the venue, meeting representatives from each of our 11 sectors, and delving into what makes each sector unique. They also had the chance to meet and interact with our executives and sector heads, gaining insights and building relationships that will foster future success. To cap off the day, attendees divided into groups to perform a song, poem or performance based on what they had learnt... Let's just say a time was had by all!
