7. Uluslararası Denizcilik Kongresi Millennium İstanbul Golden Horn Hotel'de Gerçekleşti! Millennium Istanbul Golden Horn, 7. Uluslararası Denizcilik Kongresi’ne ev sahipliği yaparak unutulmaz bir organizasyona imza attı. This role requires a proactive individual who is not only adept at sales and negotiations but also passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. -Coordinate and manage all aspects of group bookings from initial contact to post-departure follow-ups. -Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop strategic promotions and packages tailored for groups and travel agencies. -Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Ideal Candidate: -Previous experience in hospitality sales or group coordination, preferably in a hotel setting. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -A team player with a strong customer service orientation. -Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
