We are happy to share that ‘The Shaw’ - a mixed use development with condos, apartments and retail located in downtown Muskegon, Michigan will be moving into the next phase of development. So excited to be part of it!
When Parkland Properties decided to pursue the Shaw Walker redevelopment, we quickly learned the importance of this property to the local community. Everyone in Muskegon knew someone whether it was a relative or a friend that worked at this factory. It has been Parkland’s mission to return this property to a meaningful use and a sense of pride once again for the local community. With that said, we are happy to share what we have been working on for the last year. Introducing ‘The Shaw’ - a mixed use development with condos, apartments and retail, at the heart of downtown Muskegon!
