Choose safe foods: Always opt for foods that are less likely to cause food poisoning, such as dry snacks, fruits with peels, and packaged foods.
Check food temperature: Make sure hot foods are served hot and cold foods are served cold. Avoid lukewarm meals.
Avoid raw foods: Avoid consuming raw or undercooked foods, such as salads, sushi, or unpasteurized dairy products.
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, but ensure it's from a sealed bottle to avoid contamination.
Hand hygiene: Use hand sanitizer or wash your hands before eating to reduce the risk of transferring bacteria to your mouth.
Bring your own snacks: Consider bringing your own pre-packaged, non-perishable snacks from home.
Inspect food packaging: Check that food packaging is intact and hasn’t been tampered with before consumption.
Report suspicious food: If you notice anything unusual about the food served (such as an off smell or taste), avoid eating it and inform the flight attendant.
