NEW DELHI: BJP's Abhijit Gangopadhyay won the Tamluk constituency with a margin of 77,733 votes.
The 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Tamluk were held in Phase 6 on May 25.

In 2014, the Tamluk parliamentary constituency had 1,527,273 electors in total. With a total of 716,928 votes, Adhikari Suvendu, running for the All India Trinamool Congress, was successful and won the MP seat. Sekh Ibrahim Ali of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) finished in second place with 470,447 votes, 246,481 votes short of the required number.
