Chandigarh: Haryana chief secretary T V S N Prasad has directed deputy commissioners (DCs) and additional deputy commissioners (ADCs) of the state to resolve all grievances related to Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) by June 3 (Monday).
During a videoconference on Friday, Prasad reviewed the progress of the “Samadhan Shivirs”, an initiative aimed at resolving public grievances on the spot, with the DCs and ADCs.
He emphasised the positive reception of the initiative by the public and praised the efforts of the officials in promptly resolving citizens’ concerns, which he highlighted as the primary duty of civil administration.
“We must meet the expectations of the people,” Prasad said, urging officials to adhere strictly to the schedule of the “Samadhan Shivirs” held daily from 9am to 11am. TNN
