Popular model Mikaela Lafuente has slammed Kanye West for sending her "inappropriate" messages on Instagram despite being married to Bianca Censori.

She shared screenshots of their chat and said it's "not okay" that West asked her to hang out because she thinks "cheating is unacceptable."

Mikaela Lafuente's remarks about Kanye West come after the rapper's former Yeezy employees sued him for allegedly promoting a toxic work environment and not paying wages.

Lafuente openly criticized West for sending her a DM on Instagram to "hang out" and listen to his album earlier this year.

The model said the Grammy award-winner's messages were "inappropriate" for several reasons, especially since West is 47, which is more than twice her age at 22.

Lafuente told the Daily Mail that she was surprised by the messages because she had never interacted with West before.

The model shared screenshots showing that West messaged her in March, shortly after he returned to California from a European trip with his wife, Bianca Censori.

She said, "It was funny. Bryce and I were in Vegas and I was going through my Instagram DMs and I saw this. At first, I didn't believe it and thought it was a fake account, but it wasn't. The message was pretty odd as I had never spoken to him or seen him in person before."

During her conversation with the Daily Mail, Lafuente called out West, saying the DM was very "inappropriate" because he's married, aside from their age difference.

She said, "I don't think it's acceptable to be messaging other women when you're married. It's not acceptable and it's something I'd stand behind forever."

Lafuente further explained that she firmly believes that cheating in a relationship is "unacceptable" behavior from both partners.

"I've grown up with all my family being with their partners forever and this is what I want for my relationship. Monogamy is what is accepted and cheating is unacceptable," the model emphasized.

Lafuente added that it's "not okay" that West reached out to her with seemingly questionable intentions and wondered if the "Good Morning" rapper is also messaging other girls like her.

She said, "If he texts other girls, I know I said no, but others might not. I do not support it. Maybe they (West and Censori) have an agreement and Bianca knows about it and is cool with it, but we will never know this."

The Model's Boyfriend Posted The Kanye West Chat Online

Lafuente's boyfriend, TikTok star Bryce Hall, previously posted West's messages to the model on X and made jokes about it.

The first post included the screenshots with the caption, "Kanye is sliding on my girlfriend.. someone tell Kim." The second post read, "C'mon ye… at least invite me to the hang and listen session."

While discussing her surprise at the DMs, Lafuente said she "barely" knows West's music and only knows the rapper because of his Yeezy brand and ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

"I like my music in Spanish. I barely knew who he was and it was confusing," Lafuente shared.

According to Lafuente, after she rejected West's offer to hang out and listen to the album, the "All of the Lights" rapper deleted all the messages he'd sent to her on Instagram.

She said, "He then liked my message and deleted all of his messages."

Despite Lafuente's annoyance and criticism of West for messaging her, the model said her boyfriend Hall wasn't upset that the famous producer sent the DM.

Instead, the content creator thought the situation was funny, which was why he made the posts on X.

She said, "He just found it funny and was laughing about it. He doesn't get jealous a lot and likes situations where people stare at me."

Lafuente then explained that Hall would "only get mad" if someone disrespects her in any way because he is "protective" of her.

Kanye West Sued By Former Yeezy Employees

A group of disgruntled Yeezy employees filed a lawsuit against West and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos.

The filing stemmed from the rapper allegedly refusing to fulfill work agreements and "forcing them to work insanely long hours."

According to TMZ, the disgruntled employees, which consisted of minors, were promised $120,000 in pay if they completed an app for West, and they "agreed to the work conditions" and didn't "complain."

However, they were forced to sign non-disclosure agreements out of the blue under the threat of losing their jobs and not being paid. Meanwhile, the employees who were minors were required to sign "volunteer" agreements, implying they would receive no pay regardless of their contributions.

They allegedly worked hard to get a finished app to West by May 1, 2024, due to the pressure on them to deliver quickly.

However, neither West nor Yiannopoulos responded to their request when they asked for their pay, prompting them to pursue a legal means of resolving the standstill.

Now, the former employees are demanding the payment of their unpaid wages alongside compensation for overtime. They are also asking for damages for the emotional distress they suffered while working for Yeezy.
