Hidden inside the official Google app is a secret pinball game.

It's totally free to access and play, but it's locked away behind a special gesture.

To find it, you'll first need to open the Google app: just swipe down on your iPhone Home Screen and search for Google.

If you don't have it, you can download it from the App Store on your iPhone for free.

Launch the app and then choose the Tabs icon on the menu row.

Once you've done that, start frantically swiping up on the empty tabs screen with both thumbs.

Do it right and a pinball game will pop up from the bottom of the screen.

Then you can play it exactly as you'd expect: just tap the left and right paddles to move them.

The objective is to keep the ball aloft (don't let it fall between the paddles) while destroying the shapes at the top of the screen.

You'll earn points as you go, so see how high you can get your score.

Brand new iPhone accessory makes messaging easier than ever - and people say it's just like an iconic 2000s smartphone

But beware: you lose a life each time that the ball drops through the paddles, and the game is over once you're out of lives.

As you make your way through the levels, panels that bounce the ball will appear on the sides of the screen.

FUN RUN!

Google has hidden a second game inside your iPhone.

This time you'll need to head into the Google Chrome browser.

You may already have it installed, but you can download it for free if you don't have it yet.

Hidden inside Chrome is a secret game called Dino Runner – built for those times when you've got no internet.

That means you'll need to turn Wi-Fi and your mobile internet off.

Now launch Google Chrome and try to access a website – which will inevitably fail.

You should see a "no internet" page that features a small picture of a dinosaur.

Tap the dinosaur with your finger and the game will begin.

You need to tap on the screen to make the dinosaur jump, allowing you to clear obstacles.

Try to earn as high a score as possible (with a possible maximum of 99,999) without dieing.

This game has been around since 2014, but there's every chance you've missed it.

Google previously revealed that around 270 million Dino Runner games are played every month.
