Actress Sandra Bullock's and her long-term partner Bryan Randall were spotted smiling and happily in love in their final photos together before the tragic death of her 57-year-old boyfriend after a private three-year battle with ALS.

On their last public sighting together in July of 2020, Bryan was spotted gazing lovingly at Sandra as they enjoyed a sweet outing to an intimate gathering in Studio City, Los Angeles with Sandra's two children Louis and Laila. In the wholesome snaps, Bryan was beaming behind the Practical Magic star wearing a comfy flannel as they spent the beautiful day with her family.

Before her boyfriend's death, Sandra described her partner Bryan as "a saint" and "the love of her life." The couple first met back in 2015 when Bryan and Sandra hit it off after he worked as a photographer for her child's birthday party and were inseparable ever since. In an interview in 2021, the actress shared that Bryan was "very patient" and "evolved on a level that is not human".

In a guest appearance on Red Table Talk, Sandra said: "He's the example that I would want my children to have." The 59-year-old star added that although she loved and admired Bryan deeply, she didn't want to get married because she had already gone through difficult divorces with her ex husbands Jesse James and Tate Donovan.

She explained: "I am someone who went through the divorce process. I found the love of my life. We share two beautiful children - three children, his older daughter. It's the best thing ever."

Bryan's family shared a statement with People on August 5 that he had passed away "peacefully" after a three-year long battle with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The family explained that he former photographer chose to keep his journey with the disease private and that they are doing their best to honor his wishes. The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke say ALS, is a rare neurological disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord that control our body's voluntary muscle movement. These muscles are involved with movements including walking, talking, and chewing.
