  • Where do the Connecticut Sun play their home games?
    • All Connecticut Sun home games are played at Mohegan Sun Arena. The address is 1 Mohegan Sun Boulevard, Uncasville, Connecticut 06382.
  • What are all the social media pages for the Connecticut Sun?
  • Is parking free for Connecticut Sun home games?
    • Yes, self-parking is free at Mohegan Sun in the Indian Summer, Riverview, and Winter Parking Garages.
  • Is there public transportation to Mohegan Sun?

  • What is the bag policy at Connecticut Sun home games?
    • For the safety and enjoyment of everyone at an event, anyone entering the Arena is subject to a reasonable search. This includes, but is not limited to bags, purses, coats, and hats. Guests are prohibited from bringing the following items into Mohegan Sun Arena:
      • food, except for certain medical conditions
      • illegal drugs
      • glass, plastic, or metal containers
      • video or audio recorders
      • professional quality camera equipment
      • backpacks
      • coolers
      • umbrellas
      • knives
      • firearms or weapons of any kind
      • firecrackers
      • strollers or baby seats
      • folding chairs
      • noise makers or horns
      • streamers
      • balloons
      • signs
      • beach balls
      • parcels
      • packages or any items the contents of which is not displayed
    • The venue management reserves the right to restrict any other items that could pose a safety hazard or restrict the enjoyment of another guest. Any prohibited items may be returned to a vehicle or disposed of properly. At the discretion of venue management, certain items may be left at the bag checks at either entrance to the Arena. Management also reserves the right to inspect personal belongings of a suspicious nature.
  • Can I bring food or beverage into Connecticut Sun home games?
    • No outside food or beverage is allowed in the arena except for certain medical conditions.
  • What time can I get into Mohegan Sun Arena to watch warmups?
    • Season Ticket Members can enter 90 minutes before the game begins. All other ticketed fans are able to enter 60 minutes before the game begins.

  • How can I reach a Sun Account Executive?

  • What does it mean to be a Season Ticket Member?

  • What is the minimum number of FLEX tickets required?
    • Our FLEX tickets come at a minimum of 6 tickets, and you can purchase as many as you’d like after 6. These tickets are valid for any game throughout the regular season and can be used in any combination, subject to availability.  For more information on FLEX tickets, click here.  FLEX tickets or Credit may not be used toward any postseason games.
  • When can I use my FLEX tickets to select exact games?
    • FLEX tickets can start to select their seat locations on February 1st, 2023. Please contact your account executive or call 1-877-SUN-TIXX. FLEX tickets or Credit may not be used toward any postseason games.
  • What is the difference between FLEX Tickets and FLEX Credit?
    • FLEX tickets are purchased for a specific price code, which may only be redeemed for that price code. FLEX Credit is purchased as a specified amount that you would like to spend, and the credit may be applied toward any price code (excluding Courtside). There is also a required minimum of $500 for the FLEX Credit option. These tickets are valid for any game throughout the regular season and can be used in any combination, subject to availability. FLEX tickets or Credit may not be used toward any postseason games.
  • What are the Sun Specials?
    • Sun Specials are special promotional packages that any fan can purchase. Some specials are only available for a limited amount of time so make sure to check out all of the Specials here
  • What is the minimum number of people for Group Tickets? Are Group Tickets discounted?
    • Group Tickets start at just 10 tickets, and yes, they are discounted! For more information on Group Tickets, click here

  • Do you offer packages with food & beverage included?

  • Can I donate my tickets?
    • Yes, you will be able to donate tickets this season. For more information on how to do so, please contact 1-877-SUN-TIXX or email tickets@connecticutsun.com.
  • Can I resell my tickets?
    • In many cases, yes tickets can be resold. We recommend using Account Manager to fully manage your tickets.  Please note certain tickets such as Group Tickets, FLEX plan tickets, and certain Promotional Tickets are not available for resell.
  • How do I access my season ticket member benefits?
    • If you have season tickets, you can view your Member Benefits by clicking here. For more information on how to use your Member Vouchers, exchange your tickets through the Ticket Exchange Program, and more, please reach out directly to your dedicated account executive for assistance. Member Vouchers, and ticket exchanges, may only be redeemed/processed through an account executive.
  • What is the refund or exchange policy?
  • If I have issues with Account Manager, who can I speak with?
    • If you are having issues accessing your tickets, please call 1-877-SUN-TIXX to speak to a team member. If you are already at Mohegan Sun Arena on the day of a game, please visit the Box Office and have a valid photo ID matching the name of the purchase.
  • How do I get tickets for the Sky Boxes or Earth Suite?

MOBILE TICKETING QUESTIONS

  • What is Mobile Ticketing and how do I use it?
    • To access your tickets on a mobile device, please visit the Connecticut Sun Account Manager page by clicking here. You will need to sign in with your email that you used to purchase your tickets and create a password if this is your first-time using Account Manager. From here you will be able to open game tickets to enter Mohegan Sun Arena for each game, transfer tickets to a friend, and much more.
  • What if I do not know my password?
    • You can easily reset your password by clicking “Forgot my password.” You will then be directed to change your password and should be able to sign in after completing that.
  • What if I do not see my tickets once signed in, under “My Events?”
    • You may not be able to view your tickets under “My Events” if you have not yet paid in full for your tickets, or if the tickets have not been built in the Sun ticketing data base yet. Typically, season ticket members can view their tickets in their account on, or any time after February 1st of each new year. If you have a FLEX ticket account, you should be able to see your tickets under “My Events” once you have selected your exact games on your plan by contacting your account executive.
  • How do I enter Mohegan Sun Arena using Mobile Ticketing?
    • Once you access Account Manager, you click on My Events to see all of your available Connecticut Sun Games. To enter the Arena, click on the specific game date and you will be able to show the scannable ticket at the main entrance.
  • How do I make an account with Account Manager? Do I already have one?
    • If you have purchased tickets through the Connecticut Sun, on Ticketmaster, before then you will already have an account made. Otherwise please visit Ticketmaster.com and follow the directions to making an account.
  • Can I access tickets I purchased on Ticketmaster?
    • Yes, these tickets will be in Account Manager.
  • Can I have my tickets texted to me?
    • Yes. To have your tickets texted to your mobile device, please contact your dedicated Sun account executive, or contact us at 877-SUN-TIXX.
  • Can I have tickets printed and shipped?
    • Yes, tickets can be printed. There would be a printing and mailing fee applied to all ticket orders that require physical delivery. For more information about ticket fees, please contact your CT Sun Sales Representative or call 877-SUN-TIXX.
  • What if I do not have access to tickets on my smartphone, or don’t have a smartphone to use mobile ticketing?
    • Please visit the Box Office and have a valid photo ID matching the name of the purchase.
  • Can I access multiple tickets on one phone?
    • Yes, you can swipe through all tickets in your account if the entire party is present.
  • Can I send tickets to other people before the game?
    • You can easily send tickets to others in your party through Account Manager.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS QUESTIONS

  • How can I obtain an autographed item for my organization’s auction or raffle?
    • Please send a written request on your organization’s letterhead describing how the item will be used and how the proceeds generated will be allocated. Only 501(c) (3) organizations are eligible for donations of autographed merchandise.

  • How far in advance should I send a letter of request?
    • Because of the volume of requests we receive, we require at least 60 days notice in order to process your request.
  • Can I receive more than one item for my event?
    • In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, we will only provide one item per organization per calendar year.
  • How can I request a player appearance at my event/school?
    • In order to request a player appearance, please contact Director of Franchise Development, Morgan Tuck or Manager of Community Relations, Annette Hogan.
  • How can I find out more about your foundation?

  • What does your foundation support?
    • The Connecticut Sun Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of Connecticut’s youth by supporting athletic and educational endeavors. Our interests include providing educational scholarships to high school seniors and grants to be used for the refurbishment of basketball courts and equipment.
  • How can I contribute to the Connecticut Sun Foundation?
    • All gifts qualify for tax credit or deduction to the fullest extent provided by the law.

    • If I send a letter to my favorite Sun player, will she respond?
      • Each player receives her own fan and personal mail; the organization does not open mail delivered to the individual players. It is the sole responsibility of the player to address her mail in the best fashion applicable.
    • If I send in a basketball or jersey, can you have a player or the team sign it?
      • No, we are unable to have such items signed, as we will not be responsible for lost items.
