Elena Smirnova

Elena Smirnova is a top-producing broker having overseen some of Manhattan’s most significant transactions, totaling over $225 million in sales. Previously, she served as CEO and Principal Broker of Park River Properties, Director of Residential Sales and Leasing of GAIA Real Estate in New York, CEO of GAIA Property Management, and was previously on the top-producing team at Douglas Elliman. Her responsibilities have ranged from originating and closing complex deals, overseeing sales and management of over 300 individual condo units, developing creative marketing concepts, managing agents, and working closely with developers.

The valedictorian of her undergraduate class at the University of Colorado at Boulder, she excelled in mathematics, physics, business, and her Major - classical piano performance. She came to New York for her Carnegie Hall debut in 2008 and received her Master’s Degree from Manhattan School of Music. Elena is a Young Patron of Lincoln Center and enjoys attending concerts regularly. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, taking dance classes, and exploring the city’s fine dining establishments and museums.
